BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Celebrations can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Our celebrations include 10 guests, but you’re welcome to add more participants. Party rooms are designed to accommodate 20 guests total. If you are wanting to invite more than 20 please call us to book. (Birthday child is included in the head count.)

Bravoz is fun for all ages! Certain attractions like laser tag and Hammer Time have height restrictions, but we offer plenty of alternatives for younger guests.

No - only guests who are participating in attractions are included in your party head count. Family members and friends who are just spectating do not count toward the total. This way, you only pay for the kids and guests who are actually joining in the activities, while everyone else is welcome to relax, watch and enjoy the celebration.

Party participants and guests should arrive 10 minutes before the party for check-in and getting settled.

Yes. To maintain safety and cleanliness, items like confetti, glitter, balloon arches, silly string, wall decor, or piñatas are not permitted. Table decorations and Balloons are welcome. Balloons must be pre-inflated and weighted. Unsure about something? Give us a call!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring a themed cake and decorations. Our Celebration Crew will set everything up in your party room.

Contact us at 315-889-8808 as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within two weeks of the party date.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Parties cannot be rescheduled within two weeks of the event date unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness or a death in the family). If rescheduling within this period is unavoidable, a $100 rescheduling fee will be applied.
